How to read this dashboard

The tool first detects the shape of your file: year-wise trends, years-as-columns, or a one-row-per-company snapshot — then chooses the report structure and chart types automatically.
Headline / Key numbers: newest (or largest, for snapshots) values, with movement or category context.
Category panels: metrics grouped by ESG theme when names match (CSR, energy, water, people, customer, environment, social, governance).
Snapshot files: rankings, country/category totals, share pie, scatter (one dot per company), auto ratios (e.g., earnings per employee) and a category heat table.
Heat map: each row scaled to its own minimum–maximum; darker = relatively higher.
Principle tiles: NGRBC P1–P9 practice indication based on keyword mapping of metric names.

Headline Numbers

The newest recorded value of each main indicator. The small line under each value shows the movement from the oldest to the newest year in your file.

Practice indication only — Compliant when mapped metrics have data; Needs Improvement when mapped but empty; Not assessed when nothing is mapped. Hover a tile for its meaning.

Step 1 — Choose your file

The file never leaves your computer; its contents are read only inside this browser tab. The tool detects the file shape (trend / wide / snapshot) and adapts the report automatically.
